Ok, we still have the ash problem to deal with, but in general everything at Tipsy’s for the last weeks has been – GREEAATT:

Still pretty full in the evenings, especially at weekends when we have on Saturday night, Leon the Sax Man, and on Sunday’s we have Julia and her piano.

For the weekends its still probably best to book – so come on down and reserve a table with one of the Tipsy staff.

Menu For Stranded Folk In Los Gigantes

A tongue in cheek menu for the folk who are stuck here in Los Gigantes, owing to the Icelandic volcano!

MINISTRY OF FOOD

Tipsy Terrace will be issuing food coupons to refugees stranded due to enemy cloud dust (Gas masks recommended)

Gather at the TTBB NAFFI for emergency rations

Fried Egg Sandwich 2.50 euros (Half an egg if we can)

Corn Beef Sandwich 2.50 euros (4 slices of cucumber if possible)

Pot Luck 4.95 euros Succulent pieces of beef with fresh vegetables and potatoes from the allotment in a rich stew served with crusty bread

Corn Beef Hash 4.95 euros Made with a smattering of corn beef, baked beans and a dash (and we mean a dash) of Worcester Sauce topped with mashed potato

Bangers & Mash 4.95 euros Creamy (milky) mash with half a sausage if available (joke, 2 sausages), onion gravy and peas

Granny’s Pies 4.50 euros

Chicken & Mushroom or Steak & Kidney served with chips and beans
